About Novel Concierge Health

At Novel Concierge Health, we provide personalized, evidence-based hormone and metabolic care for adults navigating midlife transitions and weight changes. With particular expertise in women's perimenopause and menopause, our practice was built on the belief: no one should feel dismissed in their own body.

We believe this season of life deserves thoughtful attention — not rushed appointments or minimized concerns. It is our privilege to offer intentional, relationship-driven care where questions are welcomed, concerns are heard, and every patient receives the time they deserve.

    Danielle LeVeck, DNP, ACNPC-AG, CCNS

Danielle LeVeck, DNP, ACNPC-AG, CCNS, brings over 15 years of nursing experience to her work in hormone health and medical weight management. Her clinical foundation was built in the Cardiovascular and Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit, where she cared for critically ill patients and developed a deep respect for physiology, precision, and the interconnectedness of the body. That experience continues to shape her evidence-based, thoughtful approach to care.

Over time, Danielle felt called upstream—toward prevention rather than crisis intervention. Her own experience with postpartum depression and anxiety during early motherhood reshaped her understanding of women's health and the profound impact of hormonal shifts, sleep disruption, and physiologic stress. She began recognizing patterns in women who were doing “everything right,” yet struggling with weight changes, fatigue, mood shifts, and a loss of connection to themselves—often without meaningful answers.

Her commitment to this work is also deeply personal. Danielle's mother, an OB/GYN devoted to caring for women, later developed Alzheimer's disease. Witnessing her decline strengthened Danielle's belief in the connection between hormonal health, brain health, and long-term wellness—and reinforced her dedication to preventive, hormone-informed care.

Today, Danielle focuses on evidence-based hormone therapy and obesity medicine via telehealth. She is certified in hormone therapy through the Heather Hirsch Academy and continues advanced training in hormone optimization and metabolic health. Her philosophy centers on individualized care, clinical rigor, and deep respect for women's lived experiences—helping patients feel informed, supported, and strong at every stage of life.

Outside of medicine, Danielle is an avid equestrian, devoted wife, and mother of two sons. She values time outdoors, movement, and the joy of family life—always alongside their lively corgi. These roles shape her perspective just as profoundly as her clinical training.

Her practice is founded on the belief that women deserve care that prioritizes both longevity and quality of life.

    Nicki Hirz, MSN, ACNP

Nicki Hirz is a dual-board certified Nurse Practitioner with over 26 years of nursing experience and 17 years as a Nurse Practitioner. Her background includes cardiac surgery intensive care, endocrinology, and bone marrow transplant at high-level academic institutions—where precision, accountability, and outcomes truly matter.

Throughout her career, Nicki witnessed how metabolic health and hormonal balance profoundly impact cardiovascular health, energy, and long-term wellness. That clinical foundation eventually became personal during her own menopause journey.

Despite her medical background, Nicki experienced firsthand what many women do—dismissed symptoms, minimal guidance, and being told “this is just what happens.” After finally receiving specialized menopause care, her symptoms improved within weeks. That experience reshaped her professional focus.

Today, Nicki specializes in medical weight management and evidence-based hormone therapy, combining decades of high-acuity experience with proactive, root-cause care. She is committed to listening closely, educating thoroughly, and developing individualized treatment plans that help patients feel heard, empowered, and well.

Outside of work, Nicki embraces an active, outdoor lifestyle and believes movement and happiness are essential to overall wellness. She lives for sunny days on the water, boating or water skiing, walks on the beach collecting seashells, and snow skiing during the winter months. Most of all, Nicki treasures time with her family and friends, especially her two boys and their Labrador retrievers.
